Partnership Service Areas The Northeast Arkansas Rural and Delta Mathematics and Science Educational Institutes work as a Partnership to assist Arkansas Educators in the pursuit for excellence in education. The Rural Institute primarily serves Northeast and the Northcentral Educational Cooperatives. The Delta Institute primarily serves Crowley's Ridge and Great Rivers Educational Cooperatives. The Rural Institute and Delta Institute Partnership is a nonprofit organization. Cost to the Local Education Agency (LEA) is limited to covering the actual cost for the services provided. COSTS: Half-day: $400 plus Travel Expenses Full-day: $600 plus Travel Expenses
