





LEGAL ENVIRONMENT OF BUSINESS
LAW 2023 is an introduction to
the fundamental elements of the Anglo-Saxon legal system and its common law
origins. The scope of this course will include the application and
operation of the legal system in the remedy of business disputes, the
development and operation of the court system, and the regulation of American
business and industry by the United States government.
